    In military peace support missions, Swiss Armed Forces members are deployed in various analyst cells to continuously monitor, analyse, evaluate security relevant information and conduct risk analysis in the areas of operation. These analysist cells present possible developments in the mission areas to allow for necessary adaptation and preparations in the areas. Furthermore, these cells assess information from various sources and use this information to protect the safety and security of national and international deployed mission members in the areas of operation.

    • Individuals with higher education, university or technical college or equivalent background in political science, anthropology, international relations, comparative cultural studies.
    • Some positions in the analytics department are available to individuals without a military officer rank.

      Interested women and men can apply to the SWISSINT Competence Centre for a peace-promoting mission abroad within the framework of the Swiss Armed Forces. We are looking for experts from a wide variety of professions. The basic requirements differ depending on the mission and type of operation.
